Terms of Service

Last updated 17 September 2026

These Terms govern your use of Feedhive(the “Service”) at feedhive.app, operated by Peter Kracik, an individual sole proprietor (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or embedding the widget you agree to them.

1. The Service

Feedhive lets you collect feedback on websites: you embed a script on a site you control, visitors submit feedback (optionally with screenshots), and you manage it in a dashboard. The Service is in an early stage and provided as-is; features may change, be added or be removed.

2. Your account

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep access to it.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is permanent.

3. Acceptable use

  • Embed the widget only on websites you own or are authorised to modify.
  • Where required, inform your visitors about the feedback collection (see the Privacy Policy).
  • Do not use the Service to collect sensitive personal data deliberately, or for unlawful, infringing or abusive content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, circumvent its limits, or access other users’ data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, notifying you where reasonable.

4. Your content

Feedback, screenshots, comments and project data remain yours. You grant us the rights needed to store, process and display them to operate the Service — nothing more. You are responsible for the content collected through your projects.

5. Fees

The Service is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, we will announce pricing in advance; continued use of paid features after that will require a subscription.

6. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that feedback (including screenshots) is never lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — or CHF 100 if you paid nothing. Liability for intent or gross negligence remains unaffected.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice, in which case you will have the opportunity to delete your data beforehand.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Questions: [email protected].
